Our client is a Government Museum. They are looking for Museum Programme Officer to support the team.
Job Details
To assist in website updates.
To assist in migration of web content management system.
To assist in developing museum social network.
To assist in the management of museum public programmes.
To provide clerical assistance related to museum programmes and service.
To provide assistance in the operation of building services.
To provide assistance in the operation of the Audio Guide Rental Counter.
Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent or above (Major in History is preferable).
Pass in English Language (Syl.B) and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination or Level 2 in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent.
As least two-year full-time working experience in customer service related areas, organizing education activities and in website management in museums or other education/cultural institutions is prefered
Good in PDF Pro software, Lotus Notes and Web Content Management System such as Liferay, TeamSite, etc. Good at using MS Office and graphic / photo editing software.
Experience in planning and organizing public programmes including cultural event, art workshops, performance and live streaming programmes, etc.
Possessing good communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details, showing strong initiative, being courteous, being able to work within a team and work independently.
Good in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Good at computer applications, including character input and using MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
