Responsibilities:
Handle daily administrative duties and ensure a smooth daily operation for the department
Provide support to the Senior Business Unit Head including coordinate meetings, managing calendar for appointments, business travel arrangements and meeting minutes if needed
Liaise with internal and external teams
Handle invoice submission and purchase order creation
Provide hospitality service to foreign visitor, including hotel reservation, transportation arrangement, visa assistance, being an interpreter if needed
Logistics arrangement including transportation, tickets booking, hotel reservation, visa application for overseas travel etc
Assist the preparation of external events, trainings & conference, participate in company initiated campaign and organize department administrative events
Requirement:
Bachelor Degree or above in Language and Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 2 years solid experience as department assistant or administrator role
Strong proficient in English is required
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Flexible and able to work under pressure
Excellent planning and organization skills with ability to multi-task
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
